Placing an order is simple - you just browse the online shop, add your goodies to the shopping cart and that's nearly all there is to it.
The website is set up to enable you to pay for your goods via the secure PayPal system. However please note you do NOT need a PayPal account to use this payment method, you have the option to pay by debit or credit card when you reach the Checkout.
Before you go ahead and pay, if any of your items show low stock levels, please email to allow me to confirm your order (as the Shopping Cart does not automatically update stock levels) and ensure that your items are in stock.
Alternative payment methods for UK buyers: If you would prefer to pay by personal cheque or crossed Postal Order - that's no problem! Please email first for details. Parcels will be dispatched when funds have cleared.
Orders below £10.00: Postage is charged at a standard rate of £1.50 (UK Royal Mail First Class, with Proof of Posting).
Orders between £10.00 and £40.00: Postage is charged at a standard rate of £2.50 (UK Royal Mail First Class Signed For).
Orders over £40.00: I send parcels via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service at a rate of £5.50 per parcel. Parcels should arrive the business day after posting (but please note that Royal Mail do not consider Saturday as a business day!).
I will usually post your parcel within two business days, unless you have paid by cheque or crossed Postal Order, in which case parcels will be posted when the funds have cleared. I will contact you by email to inform you when your parcel has been dispatched, and will provide a tracking number where applicable.
I am happy to ship internationally! If you are buying from outside of the UK please email for postal charges before paying - otherwise parcels will be sent by ordinary Airmail at your own risk (if under £50) or tracked Airmail (over £50).
